| Hagon's Wheel Building Service |
We are one of the longest established wheel builders around and specialise in the
construction of spoked wheels and cast wheel repairs.
Supply us with your hub and we can offer a range of chrome, stainless and aluminium flangeless rims. We also stock flanged aluminium rims. Spokes are available in galvanised or polished stainless steel.
We always carry large stocks of rims in most sizes and offer a same day building service if required. We also offer a polishing, blasting, and laquering service for your hubs and rims.
At Hagon we are also experts in the repair of cast and Comstar wheels. In most cases accident damaged
wheels can be safely and professionally straightened.
Use the guide lines below to supply us with correct information we need in order to build to the exact specification required. You will see at the top of this page access to a rim width/tyre size table to help you match the correct rims to the tyres you wish to use.
All Hagon Wheel products are available as separate items and we offer a
Worldwide delivery service.
When ordering please state:

Some bikes have the wheels built with the rim offset to the hub
centre line (this is referred to as the dish). If you require this
or are cutting the rim from the hub yourself, please measure this as shown
taking the measurement from the brake drum edge or disc mounting face.
We also need to know the width of the rim fitted when the dish was
measured.
If fitting a wider than standard rim and tyre, check clearances between tyre
and chain or shaft housing and swing arm.
